Honesty and integrity with determination and dedication are philosophies that Kristina Netchaeva strives for in all aspects of her life. These principles are applied to her business, resulting in her success in real estate!
Her fashion sense and background drives Kristina’s passion to work with developing Fix & Flips as well as new real estate construction and developments. Her sense of style and design is reflected in every project she handles. Starting with ReMax Commercial in Woodland Hills in 2007, she has gained a wise understanding and execution of projects encompassing commercial properties and multi-family homes. In 2016, she began her residential experience with KW Beverly Hills. Kristina later moved on to a Boutique type Real Estate company to bring her Clients even more of a “Family Like Treatment” and she is now with Epik Realty. Kristina besides being a realtor is also Real Estate investor and has personal experience with Fix&Flips as well as running a few successful AirB&Bs. She is currently working on her Texas as well as Florida Real Estate License so stay tuned. Meanwhile, she has great relationships through out USA as well as other Countries to be able to accommodate her Clients with all of their needs in Real Estate.
Kristina has been a resident of Los Angeles since 1997 and of Encino, California since 2003. As the mother of an active Kindergarten Son and a very active woman in her community, she loves to call Los Angeles home. In her free time she loves to spend quality time with family & friends, whether it’s traveling around the world or checking out a restaurant/lounge in the new neighborhood.
Kristina is of Russian, Greek and Japanese descent and is fluent in Russian, giving her an advantage in working with an international clientele. In college, she studied business and photography which has benefitted her career in real estate.
For Kristina, family is everything and all of her clients are like family, treating all with respect, honesty, and integrity
